Katy Nail Publicly Hung In Downtown Austin


When Katy Nail went downtown she found the mayor had stolen one of her paintings. Keeping her composure, she started chatting with City Manager Toby Futrell with a view to getting the picture back.


You can watch the negotiations here.

Sadly, the picture stays downtown until Katy pays her light bill.
